Susie Albin-Najera is Manager, North America Leisure Travel of Los Cabos Tourism Board and operates the Los Angeles office of Los Cabos, one of the top destinations in the world. Her primary role includes innovative destination marketing, new business development, curated travel advisor training and education, international sales, event promotions, media relations, content creation, designing elevated events and promoting Los Cabos as a leading tourism destination. Her specialty is the luxury leisure market and creating strategic alliances and partnerships within the public and private sectors.
Najera has more than 15 years in the travel and tourism industry and is on the Advisory Board of TravelAge West, a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, Beverly Hills Chamber, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, ASTA, USTOA, ABTP and creator of two travel blogs, Los Cabos Travel & Lifestyle and The Mexico Report. She has been invited to speak on many industry panels and honored with several awards and recognitions including a 2023 Women’s History Month Spotlight by Beverly Hills Living Magazine, 2022 Woman to Watch, Women’s Leadership Award by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Mexican American Studies from San José State University. She is a certified Mexico and Los Cabos travel specialist and global travel expert.
