With more than 30 years in retail travel Scott Koepf is Chief Strategic Officer of Cruise Planners, one of the largest and most awarded travel companies in North America and beyond. He previously served as President of the National Association of Career Travel Agents. Prior to his role with NACTA Scott was with Sabre Holdings as General Manager of the Jurni Consortium, TMA and an executive with two of the largest host travel agencies, Nexion and Avoya. Scott was also a full-time motivational speaker and sales trainer and a consultant for various retail organizations and travel industry suppliers. He also trained every Master Cruise Counselor in Australia and New Zealand through an annual program he has conducted with CLIA Australasia for over 20 years. He has received the Excellence in Leadership Award from Travel Age West and is in the CLIA Hall of Fame for Lifetime Achievement.
