Sharon Campbell Little, is the president and owner of Bespoke Travel Group and Wedding Optimizer.com specializing in full-service worldwide travel and destination weddings. Her passion for the travel industry spans a career of over 30 years. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the travel advisor community is clearly visible at every opportunity, and she spoke at notable events such as the Romance Travel Forum and WeddingMBA. Since emigrating from the UK 12 years ago, Sharon has built a multimillion dollar business within the niche of destination weddings and honeymoons. She has been the recipient of many top sales awards with hotel brands, preferred tour operators and tourism boards including the #1 agency in the World for travel sales to Jamaica. Under her leadership Wedding Optimizer partners with global brand named hotels, resorts and cruise lines to power more than 20,000 weddings per year and her travel agency has helped more than 5000 couples to have a destination wedding in the Caribbean.
With her years of experience and vast travel expertise Sharon now serves on many agent advisory boards and also teaches Hospitality Tourism classes at Orange Coast College. She is passionate about attracting new talent into the industry and helping travel advisors to become successful in growing their agency business. Her straight talking, no nonsense, yet friendly nature has afforded her a wealth of experience and knowledge - making her an instrumental leader and educator within the travel advisor community.
