About me
Joe is currently the Manager of Training & Development and was formerly the Central Texas BDM for Sandals since 2019. Joe is responsible for creating programs that work with travel advisors to help grow their Sandals & Beaches business through strategic social media marketing tactics and innovative content creation.
He performs several trainings on resorts with travel advisors during Sandals and Beaches Back to the Beach Educational Experience programs throughout the year.
He has an extensive background in presenting, training, sales, photography and has owned his own production company prior to starting with Unique Vacations. He’s a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Riverside.
