As Director of Sales for the USA & Canada at Playa Hotels & Resorts, Amanda Morris is a key leader in driving strategic growth, expanding brand presence, and strengthening industry partnerships. With close to 25 years of experience in the travel industry, she brings a deep understanding of sales, business development, and market strategy across retail, tour operations, and luxury destination weddings.
Celebrating 10 years with Playa this past February, Amanda remains dedicated to fostering strong relationships and creating opportunities for partners. Her leadership continues to shape Playa’s success in the North American market.
She resides just outside Toronto with her husband of 15 years, their two hockey-loving children, and their fur babies—English Bulldog, Lily, and French Bulldog, Maya. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and unwinding with a glass of wine.
