About me
Alicia Steuart joined Carnival over 24 years ago as Business Development Manager for Central TX. She was promoted to Business Development Director in 2004, Director of Home Based Partnerships in 2012, Senior Director of Sales for Key Accounts in 2016 and most recently Senior Director of Carnival’s Independent Advisor Team.
In her position she creates and develops sales and marketing initiatives with her partners as well as training specific to independent agents. She has been in the cruise industry for 29 years, and began her career onboard Princess Cruises. From there, she joined Century Travel in Austin, Texas as the Director of Cruise Sales which then led to her position at Carnival Cruise Line.
Achievements throughout Alicia’s career include being named Carnival’s “Salesperson of the Year,” Nexion’s “Best Business Development Manager,” Uniglobe Travel Center’s “Salesperson of the Year,” “Nexion Ambassador,” Carnival’s “Founders Award” as well as the “I Am Carnival” award. She is also a proud member of Carnival’s Care Team, which responds to guest and crew emergencies, primarily medical-related situations, at various locations throughout the company’s cruising regions.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Alicia today resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she volunteers with youth programs, is a member of the National Charity League, plays tennis and loves cruising on Carnival with her family!
