About me
With a background in service and sales spanning over 15 years, I have spent nearly half my life serving customers one-on-one. I have been in the travel industry for over a decade, and have worked as a full time advisor in leisure travel for seven years. In this short amount of time, I have had the opportunity to see the business from many different vantage points – a corporate and incentive travel specialist, a salaried agent in a retail storefront, and now a hosted independent contractor.
My business is primarily group travel, luxury/bucket list travel, and destination weddings. While many have embraced social media as a primary marketing source, I instead focus on building personal relationships with clients; this has allowed me to build a book of business well over $1mil in sales annually, with over 99% of reservations being repeat and referral.
First-hand knowledge is paramount in our industry, and is an obsession I cannot seem to shake – I sometimes like to joke that I work as hard as I do to “feed the habit” of traveling. Through this costly obsession, I have had the opportunity to experience over 200 resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, and have visited five continents thus far.
I relish the opportunity to assist in building dream trips and experiences for my travelers. It is my passion to provide personalized service worth bragging about, and it is truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve others in their quest for some of the most memorable and impactful moments of their lives.
